Shipping And Return Policy

                           Return Policy. 

Cages must be retuned in one week from  delivery date, they must be in their original packaging and never been assembled. There will be a 20% restocking charge applied. Return shipping cost will be paid by customer. In the event of damaged merchandise, we must be notified within 3 days of delivery and the merchandise picked up and returned to  the shipping company within 10 days, in the original package including all inner packing . Replacement  parts will be sent upon notification of damage inspection. If the inner packaging isn't included the shipping company will automatically deny the claim.
